Basic information:

Terysafe. The green ABS shower and eyewash set, Model: S-200, is a floor-standing model made from ABS (Acrylonitrile-Butadiene-Styrene) plastic, meeting CE EN15154-1&2 and AS 4775:2007 standards. It is durable and strong, with on/off control via a hand pull cord and foot pedal.

The pipes and other components are made from galvanized steel, resistant to rust, and easy to maintain as replacement parts are available for repair.

Product Information:

  • Floor-mounted design for easy installation.
    Made from ABS (Acrylonitrile-Butadiene-Styrene) plastic.
  • Water flow rate: 76 liters/minute.
  • Stainless steel ball valve sizes are 1/2" for eyewash stations and 1" for shower stations.
  • The water pressure for eyewash stations is 0.2 MPA-0.8 MPA, which is safe and harmless to the eyes.

  • Suitable for industrial settings involving chemical handling.

How to use:

  • Use your hand to pull the shower hose to turn on the showerhead, or your foot to turn on the eyewash station.
  • Bring your face close to the faucet, between the two eyewash taps, or position yourself in the shower's water stream.
  • Gently pry open your eyelids as wide as possible using your index finger and thumb to allow water to flow over the affected eyes, or remove contaminated clothing and turn on the shower to rinse away the chemicals.
  • Allow the water from the emergency eyewash station to flow over your eyes or body for at least 15 minutes to rinse away as much of the chemicals as possible.
  • Coordinate with fellow staff members or those nearby to seek medical attention as quickly as possible.

Storage Instructions:

  • Clean and check the water flow to ensure it is in good working condition at all times.
  • Check all water pipe connections to ensure there are no obstructions to the water flow.
Note:
  • Images and colors may differ slightly from reality.
  • If the patient is wearing contact lenses, remove them immediately while rinsing the eyes.
  • Emergency eyewash stations should be installed near high-risk areas, and pathways to the station should be avoided.
