Basic information:

Terysafe, Emergency eyewash station Model: B-100, green, wall-mounted. The basin is made of durable, rust-resistant ABS plastic. The pipes and fittings are galvanized steel. Opening and closing is controlled by a large, easy-to-reach push plate, even for those with limited visibility.

The water flow rate conforms to EN15154 standard of 76 liters/minute. The nozzle tip has a filter for dust/sediment and also dissolves water to create a soft foam when it comes into contact with the eyes.

  • Galvanized pipe conforms to EN5154 standard.
    Water flow rate: 76 liters/minute.
  • Features sediment filters at both nozzle ends, creating a water barrier for fine, soft foam that is non-irritating to the eyes.
  • Includes a push plate for easy on/off control, convenient for emergency use.
  • Suitable for industrial settings requiring close contact with chemicals.

How to use:

  • Push the valve plate with your hand to open the water flow.
  • Bring your face close to the faucet, between the two eyewash taps.
  • Use your index finger and thumb to hold your eyelids open as wide as possible to allow water to flow over the exposed eyes.
  • Allow the water from the emergency eyewash to flow over your eyes for at least 15 minutes to rinse away as much chemical as possible.
  • Anchor or someone nearby to get you to a doctor as soon as possible.

Storage Instructions:

  • Clean and check the water flow to ensure it is in good working condition at all times.
  • Check all water pipe connections to ensure there are no obstructions to the water flow.
Note:

  • If the patient is wearing contact lenses, remove them immediately while performing eyewash.
  • Emergency eyewash stations should be installed near high-risk areas, and obstacles should be avoided in accessing the station.
